At CES 2019, AMD announced the release of it’s 2nd gen Vega architecture. The company says the new GPU is able to compete with Nvidia’s RTX 2080 and offers 25 percent more performance than the previous generation cards in titles such as Fortnite, Dead May Cry 5 and The Division 2.
Here are the press released specs:
- 60 compute units
- 3840 stream processors running at up to 1.8GHz
- 16GB of HBM2 memory
- 1 TB/s memory bandwidth
- 4,096-bit memory interface
